MOFA Japan Announced the G7 Africa Directors' Meeting
On March 22, the G7 Africa Directors' Meeting was held online between Ambassador SAIDA Shinichi, Director-General of African Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Directors for Africa of G7 countries.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on Africa’s importance in the international arena and regional situations such as the Sahel, the Horn of Africa, and the Great Lakes region. They also confirmed that the G7 will continue to work closely together in their policy toward Africa.
